Born in France in 1980, Jean-Baptiste majored in Languages and started traveling the world during his college years. His interest in China led him to study Mandarin in Beijing at the Beijing Language and Culture University, after which he completed his MBA from HKUST (Hong Kong).

After living a few years in Beijing, Zhejiang and Guangdong, Jean-Baptiste settled down in Hong Kong where he has been living for more than a decade now.

Passionate about negotiation, he attended several programs on Negotiation at Harvard. He possesses exceptional communication skills and a broad multi-cultural exposure.

During his extensive career, he has been interacting with people from different cultures and languages. JB is proud to be the founding Director of Avantagents Limited.
